John H. Woodcock
Partner
John is a Commercial Property Partner and Head of the Private Client Department. He practices in all aspects of acquiring, selling, leasing and developing commercial property, with particular emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and the drafting and negotiation of property development documentation. John also advises on conveyancing, probate administration, wills and manages the liquor and events licensing requirements of clients.

Peter Woodcock
Partner
Peter is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Department. Peter has extensive experience in business set-ups, company sales and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and property syndication. Peter also advises financial institutions on property based lending. He has advised leading banks on taking security in property backed lending transactions. Peter also acted and acts for property developers in large scale mixed retail, commercial and residential developments. He has experience of setting up appropriate title and property management structures.

Brian Woodcock
Consultant
Brian is a Consultant with the Private Client Department. Brian has been instrumental in developing Woodcock Solicitors LLP’s private client practice unit. He advises on a variety of private client related matters including property, wills, probate and estate planning.
Fionnuala McGrath

Fionnuala joined the firm in 2011. She is a Chartered Accountant and works in our Probate Department. She is also responsible for the day to day finance of Woodcock Solicitors LLP.
